What you need

tbsp oyster sauce

shallot
head fresh garlic

tbsp sesame oil

tbsp chicken bouillon powder

tbsp fish sauce

tbsp lemongrass

lb pork chop

tbsp black pepper

tbsp dark soy sauce

tbsp sweetened condensed milk

green onion
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and allow pork chops to marinate overnight in the fridge. 2. Place the pork chops into your air fryer and cook at 400 F for 5 minutes. Flip the pork and cook for another 5 minutes. Note: cooking time can vary based on thickness of the pork chop. Cook longer if you have thicker cuts. 3. Serve this with a side of rice, lettuce, cucumbers, tomato, Vietnamese pickled vegetables, and Vietnamese Sweet Fish Sauce (Nuoc Mam Cham).View original recipe
